Здравствуйте!

Сделал сброс настроек телефона, вошел в Семью, на которую была оформлена покупка пожизненной лицензии, и почему то я не могу восстановить покупку. Я нажимаю кнопку Восстановить покупки. Мне во всплывающем окне пишут «Покупка восстановлена успешно», а ниже написано: дата покупки, дата отмены и статус-покупка отменена, но при этом у организатора Семьи все нормально, пожизненная лицензия работает. Почему так?

почему при воспроизведении музыки из облачного хранилища треки или альбомы не воспроизводятся до конца? Если трек длинный, около 1 часа к примеру, он прерывается на середине и включаются другой трек. Альбомы тоже не доигрываются до конца.

Переход на премиум версию снимает ограничения, а что за ограничения? Сколько может быть скачено песен без подписки?

Is there a way to find out how many minutes of music you listened to, most played songs + times replayed, etc.? Not a necessity but it would be cool lol

I have literally tons (approx 200 GB) of music form iTune to sync from my external HD to which I loaded and decided iTunes. How can I sync all my stuff effectively? does the browswe only scan the regularely iTunes folder on the StartDisc?

Hello! You can add music folders located on an external HDD to the app’s sync folders, so the app will continuously check for updates and refresh the music library accordingly.

To set this up:

1. Open **Settings** > **Music Library** > **Online Music Synchronization**.

2. Select network type **Wi-Fi**

3. Select **Synchronized Online Folders**, then tap **Done**.

4. Choose the sync time interval and enable **Background Sync** (optional).

5. You’ll see the sync progress displayed at the bottom of this screen.

This setup will keep your music library up-to-date automatically.

Hi, i juste discover the app and it's perfect to organize and listen my music on mac. I try to understan how to share my audio librairy (playlist, album etc.) with my iphone, like is it possible to have the same for the two devices ? My audio files are on icloud or on my computer

Currently there is no auto sync for playlists.

You have two options:

- Use data backup restore feature in app settings.

- Export playlist to m3u and import it on a new device as described here:

Is any sort of playlist auto-sync planned for future updates? This would be very handy for keeping my Windows PC MusicBee Auto Playlists in sync with FlacBox on iOS! It would be a one-way sync, I don't need any info to sync backwards from FlacBox/iOS into MusicBee/PC, only from MusicBee/PC to FlacBox/iOS.

Right now I'm just deleting the whole FlacBox library and reimporting it all every time I make any changes to my playlists in MusicBee.
